1. Information for the user

Gemma's Languages, hereinafter the CONTROLLER, is responsible for processing the user's personal data and informs the user that this data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the data protection regulations in force.

Purpose of processing: to handle your requests for information and maintain the relationship arising from them, as well as, where applicable, to send communications about the services.

Legal basis: the user's consent given when making a request through the contact forms.

Retention: the data will be kept as long as there is a mutual interest and, once it is no longer needed, it will be deleted with appropriate security measures.

Sharing of data: the data will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law.

2. User rights
